Apply to SMSS

  1. Submit Online Application

    • Create an account and follow instructions to complete the online application.

    • Upload required documents (report cards, test scores, recommendations, birth/baptismal certificate, etc.).

    • Pay the non-refundable application fee.
  2. Assessment

    • All applicants complete reading and math skills assessments.

  3. Review & Consideration

    • Admissions decisions are based on space availability, entrance assessment, academic and behavior records, and family priorities (siblings, Catholic families, then non-Catholic families).

  4. Enrollment

    • Once accepted, families submit the enrollment packet and non-refundable enrollment fee.

Admissions Policies

  • SMSS admits qualified students regardless of race, color, or national origin.

  • Non-Catholic students are welcome, with the understanding that all students participate in religious instruction and activities.

  • The first year of enrollment is considered probationary.


Quick Facts

  • Preschool through 8th

  • Hours: 8:00 a.m. –3:10p.m. (K–8); EL3 & JK 8:00 a.m. –2:45p.m.

  • Beyond the Bell: Before- and after-school care available (7:00–7:45 a.m. and 3:30–5:30 p.m.)

  • Uniforms: Purchased through Tommy Hifilger

  • PTO: All parents volunteer at least 25 hours yearly

  • Sports: Cross country, basketball, and volleyball (grades 5–8)
