2027–2028 Admissions Timeline

  • October 13, 2026: Applications open for EL3 through 8th Grade ($50 application fee).
  • December 15, 2026: Financial assistance applications open for the 2027–28 school year.
  • December 15, 2026: EL3 & JK4 new student enrollment offers sent (decisions sent on a rolling basis after).
  • January 15–31, 2027: Re-enrollment period for current families. 
  • February 15, 2027: Grades K–8 new student enrollment offers sent (decisions sent on a rolling basis after).

Step-by-Step Application Process

1.Submit Online Application:

Create an account and follow the instructions to complete the online application. Upload required documents, pay the $50 non-refundable application fee, and submit.

2.Student Assessment:

Once your application is submitted, self-schedule your child’s reading and math skills screening using the calendar link provided for their applied grade.

3.Review & Decision:

Admissions decisions are evaluated based on space availability, entrance assessment, academic and behavior records, and priority status (siblings, Catholic families, followed by non-Catholic families).  EL3 & JK4 new student offers begin December 15th, and Grades K–8 new student offers begin February 15th (following current family re-enrollment).

4.Enrollment:

Once accepted, families finalize admission by submitting the enrollment packet, which secures their set for 2027-28. To receive the Catholic tuition rate, families must provide a baptismal certificate for the student.

  • SMSS admits qualified students regardless of race, color, or national origin.

  • Non-Catholic students are welcome, with the understanding that all students participate in religious instruction and activities.

  • The first year of enrollment is considered probationary.
